Agile Software Quality – A Quantitative Analysis
This document reports the results of a survey that was conducted during the fall of 2013 to assess the quality of software developed using agile methods as compared to that generated using traditional software development methods. The survey polled hundreds of participants in 14 countries and about 75 firms who worked on approximately 500 agile software projects to gather the facts upon which these empirical results are based. The survey results are not based upon opinions. Instead, they rely on measurement data collected by participants that paint a picture of the quality of the software products generated using agile methodologies
